Our Beginnings
F&P Management Services was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada by a Marine Veteran during the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic. F&P strived to create a better working environment for its employees and improve and expand on all the services our customers were in need of. This goal quickly grew into providing multiple Las Vegas properties with Facilities Management, Janitorial and Power Washing services, as well as Project Management ranging from simple renovations to tenant improvement and new commercial property construction. F&P will continue to expand into newer and bigger markets to provide you with a One-Stop-Shop for all your Facilities and Project Management needs!
Our first division
We laid our foundation with a division the world needed at the time more than ever; Day Porter Janitorial and Sanitation Services. Going above and beyond is our style so naturally we began our first contract on a large scale commercial property right at the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard. With a beginning as large as this endeavor we have further solidified our position as an all-in-one service with no job being to big to tackle and no detail to small to perfect. This branch quickly expanded in to several other property maintenance style services and will continue to expand as we find new ways to help you!
